Ingredients 400g pork belly (sliced), 10g dried shrimp paste / "Belacan" (mashed), 10g shredded ginger, 1 red chilli (chopped), 1 tbsp chopped spring onions, 2 tbsp water. Seasoning 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp pepper
1. 將花肉片加入巴拉煎、薑絲、紅辣椒末、清水及調味料拌勻,排在蒸盤上。 2. 盛入預熱蒸爐以大火蒸15分鐘至熟透,取出,撒上青蔥粒,即可。
1. Mix pork belly slices with "Belacan", shredded ginger, chopped red chillies, water and seasoning, arrange on a heatproof plate.
2. Steam in the preheated steamer with covered over high heat for 5 minutes until cooked through. Remove from heat, sprinkle with spring onions. Serve at once.
