Method
1. Finely blend the dried shrimps in the
blender, remove and keep aside.
2. Heat up 2
tbsp oil in the preheated wok, sautŽ chopped garlic, bird's
eye chillies and blended dried
shrimps over a low heat until fragrant.
Add in seasoning, stir-fry briskly until aromatic,
add fermented salted black beans, toss well. Remove from
heat.

Rinse the mussels and drain well.
Arrange on a heatproof plate, spoon some dried
shrimps mixture onto each mussels. Steam in
the
preheated steamer over high heat for 10 minutes.
Dish out, serve at once.
