【 辣椒仔炒飯】
    Chilli Padi Fried Rice


做法

1.   燒熱1大匙油,炒香肉絲,加入蛋液拌炒均勻,加入朝天椒和咖哩葉炒香濃。

2.   加入熟飯和調味料,以大火快速兜炒片刻,盛起,即可食用。
 

Method

1.   Heat up 1 tbsp oil, sauté pork shreds till fragrant, add beaten egg, toss well. Add bird's eye chilies and curry leaves,
       stir-fry briskly until aromatic.

2.   Add in cooked rice and seasoning, stirring constantly over high heat until well combined. Dish up, serve hot.
