Method
1. Heat up 1 tbsp oil, sautŽ roasted pork belly until fragrant. Add in cooked rice, cooked brown rice and Chinese cabbage, toss well. 2. Add in seasoning, stir-fry over high heat until well combined and slightly dry. Dish up, serve hot.
