【 翡翠五穀飯】
    Spinach Five Grain Rice
 
做法

1.   鑊裡燒熱1大匙油,加入蛋液炒香,加入紅蘿蔔碎和五穀飯以大火同炒香濃。

2.   加入調味料略炒一下,然後拌入菠菜碎,以大火快速兜炒片刻,炒至微干,盛起即可食用。
 

 
Method

1.   Heat up 1 tbsp oil in the hot wok, add beaten egg, stir-fry until fragrant, Add chopped carrot and cooked five grain rice,
   
 
stir-fry over high heat until aromatic.

2.   Add in seasoning, toss well. Add chopped spinach, stirring constantly over high heat until well combined and slightly dry.
   
 Remove, serve at once.
