【 芫荽脆蝦球】
    Coriander Crispy Prawn Balls

  【材料】
   400克 大明蝦,1大匙 芫荽碎

  【麵糊】
   2大匙 薯粉,2大匙 麵粉,1/4小匙 蘇打粉, 1/2小匙 發粉,
   
1大匙 菜油∕瑪芝琳(煮溶), 1/4小匙 鹽,3-4大匙 清水

 
    Ingredients
    400g large King prawns, 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander

    Batter
    2 tbsp tapioca flour, 2 tbsp plain flour, 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda,
    1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp margarine (melted), 1/4 tsp salt,
    3-4 tbsp water

 

做法

1.   明蝦去殼,從背部切開去除腸泥,洗淨,瀝水。

2.   把麵糊用料加入芫荽碎一起拌勻。

3.   把蝦球沾滿麵糊,放入熱油裡以大火炸熟呈金黃香脆,撈起,瀝油即可食用。

 

Method

1.   Remove the prawn's shells, split them in half from the back about halfway along and devein, rinse and drain well.

2.   Mix the batter with chopped coriander until well combined.

3.   Coat prawn balls with batte mixture, deep-fry in the hot oil over high heat until cooked and golden in colour. Dish out, drain well and serve 
      hot.
