1. Remove the prawn's shells, split them in half from the back about halfway along and devein, rinse and drain well. 2. Mix the batter with chopped coriander until well combined. 3. Coat prawn balls with batte mixture, deep-fry in the hot oil over high heat until cooked and golden in colour. Dish out, drain well and serve hot.
