【甜酸洋蔥蝦】
   Sweet and Sour Onion Prawns

   材料
   300克 中蝦∕油蝦,1個 洋蔥(切絲), 1條 紅辣椒(切絲),3大匙
   辣椒糊, 1小匙 蒜茸,50毫升 清水

   調味料
   1/4小匙 鹽,4大匙 糖, 11/2大匙 白醋,1/4小匙 味粉


    Ingredients
    300g medium prawns / river prawns, 1 no big onion (shredded),
    1 red chili (shredded), 3 tbsp chili paste / "chili boh", 1 tsp chopped garlic,
    50ml water

    Seasoning
    1/4 tsp salt, 4 tbsp sugar, 11/2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1/4 tsp monosodium
    glutamate
 

做法

1.   燒熱3大匙油,爆香蒜茸,加入辣椒糊炒香濃。

2.   加入清水和調味料煮沸,然後加上中蝦、洋蔥及辣椒絲,改用大火兜炒片刻至濃稠,即可上桌。

Method

1.   Heat up 3 tbsp oil, sauté the garlic till fragrant, add in chili paste, stir-fry briskly until aromatic.

2.   Add water and seasoning, bring to a boil. Next, place in prawns, big onions and shredded chilies, stir-fry at high heat until thicken.
      Dish up, serve hot.
